On a computer

The guide works in these web browsers on a computer. It's free.

When you add it, your browser asks to let the guide read pages on YourTexasBenefits.com. That's how it explains each page. It does nothing on other websites.

On a phone

Phones can't run the guide yet. Use the step-by-step guides instead. They have the same steps, made for small screens. You can also print them.

On a shared computer

At a library, food bank or other shared place, turn on public-computer mode in the guide. Then your answers are kept only in memory and erased when you close the browser. When you finish, sign out of YourTexasBenefits.com and close every browser window.
